Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "sm605" refers to the online gaming platform operated at https://sm605.asia, including all subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and associated services.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on sm605 following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including deposits and credited winnings but excluding bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-spin equivalents, or match-deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account pursuant to an active promotion, subject to the wagering requirements described in Clause 5.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process that sm605 may require Players to complete before withdrawals are processed or accounts are upgraded.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole fiat currency accepted for deposits and withdrawals on sm605.
• "Wager" means any bet placed by a Player on any game, sports event, or other market offered by sm605.
• "RNG" means a certified Random Number Generator used to determine outcomes in sm605's electronic table games and slot titles.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all scheduled platform events, support hours, and draw times.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

Access to and use of sm605 is strictly conditioned on the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuous basis:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as Players.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. sm605 enforces a minimum age of 21+ for all Players. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering. sm605 may request proof of age at any time.
• You must be accessing sm605 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming activity of the type offered on this platform is not prohibited under applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of sm605 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued self-exclusion register or have previously been permanently excluded from sm605 under Clause 8.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a competent court are not eligible to register.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds belonging to, any third party.

Each Player may hold only one Account on sm605. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all balances across all accounts and permanent suspension.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

• Account credentials — username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify sm605 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected].
• sm605 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

KYC verification may be requested at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identity document (KTP, SIM, or passport) and, where address verification is required, a recent utility bill or bank statement. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.

All financial transactions on sm605 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Danamon, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. International card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) may be available subject to periodic availability.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published on the deposit page within your Account and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt by sm605's payment processor.
• sm605 does not charge deposit fees on standard local bank and e-wallet transactions. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned where technically feasible.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. sm605 may request additional verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Standard withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets are processed within five minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published within the Account dashboard and are subject to periodic review.
• sm605 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as detailed in Clause 5 and are not available until those requirements have been fully met.

sm605 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. sm605 reserves the right to exclude specific Players or Account tiers from participating in any promotion at its discretion.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once per household, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to circumvent this restriction constitute bonus abuse.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or playthrough requirement). The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the promotion's individual terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds that remain uncleared at the expiry of the promotional period will be forfeited without compensation.
• sm605 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while Players are actively participating, sm605 will honor any wagering already completed toward an active wagering requirement at the time of withdrawal.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of low-variance wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, the use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play with other Players — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

Promotional terms specific to Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — will be published on the promotions page within the platform and are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any event-specific conditions.

All games available on sm605 — including slot titles, live dealer tables, fish shooting rooms, live roulette, and sports betting markets — are subject to the individual game rules published by the respective game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and, where applicable, the sportsbook rules published within the sm605 platform.

• All electronic game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). sm605 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no capacity to do so following the initial configuration of certified titles.

• sm605 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules or bet types.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sm605. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account per person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point, including during registration, KYC, or when making a support request.
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or identity.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities through the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from an exploited error will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Players, live dealer staff, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to access portions of the platform not intended for Player access, or probing the platform's security infrastructure.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers in respect of legitimate gaming losses.

• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party banks or e-wallet providers beyond sm605's reasonable control.

Where sm605's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount deposited by the Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sm605 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• At the Player's own request (voluntary closure).
• Upon receipt of a verified self-exclusion request.
• Where sm605 is required to do so by a competent legal authority or regulatory body.

Upon termination, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (exclusive of Bonus Funds and winnings under investigation) will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC or investigation. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, sm605 may withhold all funds pending the outcome of any applicable investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support at any time. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours of verification of the Player's identity.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sm605 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

sm605 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate, lawful, or available for use in any specific location. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of sm605 is compliant with all laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable in their place of residence, including Indonesia. The platform is intended for use by Indonesian players accessing the service in a personal, non-commercial capacity. Where Indonesian law restricts or prohibits online gaming activity, sm605 assumes no liability for any Player who chooses to access the platform in violation of applicable local laws.

sm605 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
